Vanpool Alliance is a public-private partnership between the George Washington Regional Commission (GWRC), the Northern Virginia Transportation Commission (NVTC), the Potomac and Rappahannock Transportation Commission (PRTC) and the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT).
The program is administered by PRTC.
